(i) for the purposes of this agreement, (i) the terms “include,” “include” and “including” are considered “unrestricted”; (ii) the term “or” is not exclusive; and (iii) the terms “here,” “here,” “here,” “here” and “below” refer to this agreement as a whole. Unless otherwise stated in context, the following references refer to: (iv) to sections of the sections of this agreement; (v) for an agreement, instrument or other document, such agreement, instrument or other document in the amended, completed and amended instrument as amended and amended from time to time, to the extent that this is permitted by the provisions of this agreement, and vi) to a modified statute from time to time, containing all the laws that follow it and the regulations adopted. This agreement must be interpreted without regard to a presumption or rule that requires a conception or interpretation of the party that enters into an instrument or is the originator of the development of an instrument. “Software” refers to the current version of RepairQTM software. 17. U.S. GOVERNMENT END USERS RESTRICTED RIGHTS. This provision applies only to end-users of the U.S. government. Software is a “commercial object” as defined in 48 C.F.R. Part 2.101, consisting of “commercial software” and “computer software documentation,” since these terms are defined in 48 C.F.R. Part 252.227-7014 (a) (a) and 48 C.R. Part 252.227-7014 (a) (a) (a) and uses in 48 C.F.R.
Part 12.212 and 48 C.R. Part 227.7202, if so. In accordance with 48 C.F.R. Part 12.212, 48 C.F.R. Part 252.227-7015, 48 C.F.R. Part 227.7202-1 to 227.7202-4, 48 C.F.R. Part 52.227-19 and other relevant parts of the Code of Federal Regulations, if applicable, the software is distributed to U.S. government end-users and authorized (a) only as a commercial element and (b) with only the rights granted to all other end-users under the terms of this document. (b) This agreement is expressly subordinated by a U.S. government and other applicable laws regarding the export of computer software or technical data or derivatives derived from the United States, and the authorized user shall not allow the software to be executed in any way or by any means outside the United States.
